Improve exhaust flow and durability with these Stainless Works performance headers. Engineered for Quad Cab and Crew Cab configurations, these headers feature 1-3/4 inch primary tubes that are CNC mandrel-bent to eliminate restrictions. The assembly is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel to provide maximum corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. To ensure a leak-free seal and structural integrity, the headers utilize 3/8-inch thick CNC-cut flanges and are fully TIG welded and back purged.

The kit includes 3-inch high-flow catalytic converters and a Y-pipe designed to bolt directly to the factory connection point, simplifying the installation process. The primary tubes are designed with D-shaped ports to match the cylinder head profile for optimized exhaust scavenging.
