The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm external wastegate is engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications where space and precise boost control are critical. As the successor to the original V44, the MVR maintains the same flange footprint while offering a more compact actuator top, measuring just 3.7 inches in height. This unit is constructed with a high-temperature NiCrFe-based alloy for the valve and a 347 stainless steel valve housing, ensuring long-term durability under extreme exhaust temperatures.
- Valve Diameter: 44mm
- Materials: 347SS valve housing, NiCrFe alloy valve, and 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring
- Cooling: Integrated water-cooling ports (optional use) to maintain stable diaphragm temperatures in demanding conditions
- Adjustability: Includes a complete set of springs for various boost pressure configurations
- Included Hardware: Two TiAL -AN4 water fittings, MVR inlet/outlet V-band clamps and flanges, and all necessary air fittings
