The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm external wastegate offers precise boost control in a compact package, making it the ideal solution for high-performance turbocharged applications with limited engine bay clearance. This wastegate features a significantly shorter height than the original V44, allowing for easier integration into complex manifolds.
Built for durability under extreme thermal loads, the MVR uses a 347 stainless steel investment cast housing and a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve. To ensure consistent performance during sustained high-boost runs, it includes two -4AN water cooling ports that can be utilized to manage actuator temperatures.
