The TiAL Sport MVS 38mm external wastegate is a compact, high-performance solution for precise turbocharger boost control. Designed for tight engine bays, this V-band style wastegate offers a significantly smaller footprint than traditional flange-style units, standing only 3.7 inches tall. It is engineered to handle extreme exhaust temperatures while maintaining stable manifold pressure.
Constructed with a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347 stainless steel valve housing, the MVS is built for longevity in demanding motorsport environments. For high-heat applications, it features integrated -4AN water cooling ports that cycle coolant through the actuator top to maintain diaphragm integrity, though these ports may be left unused if not required for your specific setup.
