The Turbosmart Gen V RacePort is a high-performance blow-off valve engineered specifically for large-frame turbocharged competition engines. Utilizing CFD-driven flow structures and a unique locking collar design, the RacePort delivers a massive 330 CFM flow rate while remaining 50% lighter and 25% smaller than comparable valves in its class.
Built from billet 6000-series aluminum, this BOV features a MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem to withstand extreme boost pressures and thermal cycling. The internal high-temperature Silicon Nomex diaphragm ensures reliable, repeatable response during rapid throttle transitions. This unit features a 2.0-inch (50mm) inlet and a quick-release aluminum V-band for secure mounting and easy maintenance.
