Specifically engineered for Garrett G25 series turbochargers, the Turbosmart Gen V IWG (Internal Wastegate Actuator) provides a significant upgrade in boost control and stability. This Twin Port model allows for pressure differential control across the diaphragm, enabling a much wider boost range and finer tuning capabilities compared to traditional single-port actuators.
The Gen V architecture features a unique locking collar design for quick spring changes and a high-temperature resistant diaphragm system for reliable performance in demanding forced induction environments. This unit comes pre-assembled with a 14psi base spring, making it an ideal choice for high-performance applications requiring precise gate management.
