The Turbosmart GenV RacePort (TS-0204-1142) is engineered as a compact, high-flow blow off valve solution for competition-level supercharged and turbocharged engines. By utilizing a unique collar design and optimized internal flow structures, the RacePort delivers a massive 330 CFM flow rate while remaining 50% lighter and 25% smaller than many competing valves in its class.
Constructed from billet 6000 series aluminum, this BOV features a Milspec hard-anodized valve guide and stem for long-term durability in high-heat environments. The integrated Boost Balance Technology ensures the valve stays closed under high boost pressures until signaled, while the high-temperature Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm provides consistent response under extreme thermal cycling.
