The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator provides a significant upgrade over the factory unit by offering improved turbo response and greater sensitivity throughout the boost range. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, this actuator requires no special tools or custom fabrication for installation. It incorporates the same race-proven technology found in Turbosmart's external wastegate lines, ensuring stable boost control and reduced lead-off under high exhaust backpressure.
- Billet aluminum construction with a black anodized finish
- Silicone diaphragm with Nomex reinforcement for high-temperature stability
- Stainless steel rods and connecting clevis for maximum corrosion resistance
- Locking collar design allows for fast and secure spring changes
- Preset to 21 PSI; compatible with Turbosmart boost controllers
