UMI Performance 1982-2002 GM F-Body Adjustable Transmission Mounted Torque Arm - 2205-R

Fits select 1982-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird models. Eliminate the flex and wheel hop common with factory stamped-steel components by upgrading to the UMI Performance adjustable transmission-mounted torque arm. Engineered to increase traction and reduce 60-foot times, this tubular torque arm provides the rigidity needed to transfer power efficiently to the ground.

Constructed for high-stress applications, the rear mount features 0.375-inch thick CNC-machined mild steel that is fully MIG welded. For precise driveline tuning, this arm allows for on-car pinion angle adjustments via a 4140 heat-treated adjuster and heavy-duty 3/4-inch QA1 rod ends. This unit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory arm, utilizing existing mounting points with no drilling or welding required. It includes a low-deflection Energy Suspension polyurethane front bushing to replace the soft factory rubber for improved response.
