The UMI Performance 2048 competition upper front shock mounts are engineered to replace the failure-prone factory upper mounts and their restrictive rubber biscuits. These brackets convert the shock attachment point to a racing-style double shear configuration, providing a more secure and rigid interface for high-performance dampers. Designed specifically for use with racing shocks utilizing a 1/2-inch spherical bearing, this setup is a direct upgrade for vehicles running UMI Afco, Viking, or other standard competition-style dampers.
- Replaces rust-prone OE upper mounts and associated rubber biscuits
