The Wagner Tuning Twin Disc Clutch Kit is engineered to address the torque capacity limitations of the factory drivetrain on the G8x platform. As the S58 engine is capable of significant power gains through tuning, a multi-disc clutch configuration becomes essential for reliable power transfer. This twin-disc design increases the total friction surface area, allowing for higher torque holding capacity while maintaining better drivability and pedal modulation than a standard heavy-duty single-disc puck clutch.
