The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for the Mini Cooper S and JCW (F54, F55, and F56) is a high-performance cooling upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory unit. Engineered for vehicles requiring superior thermal management, this kit significantly increases the frontal surface area and internal volume compared to the original equipment, resulting in lower intake air temperatures (IATs) and reduced pressure drop.
The Competition core utilizes a high-spec tube-and-fin design that balances lightweight construction with maximum heat dissipation. Each unit features CAD-designed, flow-optimized end tanks cast from aluminum to ensure even air distribution across the core. This direct-fit kit is designed to utilize factory mounting points for a secure installation without extensive modifications.
