The Wagner Tuning EVO1 Intake Manifold with Integrated Intercooler is a high-performance solution designed to replace the factory plastic intake manifold. By integrating a high-efficiency water-cooled intercooler core directly into the manifold, this unit significantly reduces intake air temperatures (IATs) compared to the original equipment, ensuring consistent power delivery even under high boost pressures and heavy track use.
Constructed from premium cast aluminum, the EVO1 manifold eliminates the risk of the factory plastic housing cracking or leaking under increased boost levels. The internal flow geometry has been CAD-optimized to provide uniform air distribution across all cylinders, reducing pressure drop and improving overall engine volumetric efficiency.
