By containing up to 80% of radiant heat within the turbine housing, the Wehrli Custom Fabrication (WCFab) heat blanket significantly reduces under-hood temperatures and protects sensitive engine components. Retaining this thermal energy maintains exhaust gas velocity, which improves turbine efficiency and reduces turbo lag for faster spool-up. Designed for extreme performance, the internal ceramic insulation is rated to withstand direct heat sources exceeding 2,500°F.
