Designed for performance and weight reduction, the Wilwood 260-8556-BK High Volume Tandem Master Cylinder is a high-pressure aluminum die-cast alternative to heavy cast iron OE units. Weighing only 3 lbs, this unit provides a 75% weight savings over traditional master cylinders. This 1-1/8" bore version is engineered primarily for power brake applications utilizing either vacuum or hydraulic assist systems.
The master cylinder features a slotted mounting flange designed to accommodate measurements from 3.22" to 3.40", making it a direct fit for many domestic cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to present. For plumbing flexibility, it offers fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore.
