This Wiseco Professional Series forged piston kit is engineered for Volkswagen 1.8T 8V engines, providing a high-strength solution for heavy to severe duty racing builds. Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons offer the superior tensile strength required for high-boost or high-output applications where factory components fail.
Each piston in the K563M81AP kit features a -7cc dish and an 81mm bore, precision-machined to ensure tight tolerances and optimal ring seal. The integrated ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction and resists seizure for quieter operation and a longer service life. Forged pin oiling and fully machined crowns come standard to handle the thermal and mechanical stresses of professional-level engine builds.
