Zone Offroad Upper Control Arm Kit for 2021-2025 Ford Bronco (ZONF2303)

Fits 2021-2025 Ford Bronco models including Badlands, Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Everglades, Heritage, Outer Banks, Raptor, and Wildtrak.

The Zone Offroad Upper Control Arm (UCA) kit is engineered to correct suspension geometry and restore alignment specs on Broncos equipped with 1-inch to 4-inch lift kits. By indexing and relocating the ball joint position, these arms provide a significantly improved range of motion and increased suspension travel compared to factory components. This design also optimizes clearance for larger tire and wheel combinations, ensuring your suspension performs reliably off-road.

Constructed from high-strength steel castings, these UCAs are built for durability in demanding environments. Please note that installation requires pressing the factory ball joints out of the original arms and into the Zone Offroad UCAs using a ball joint press (ATD 8696 or equivalent). For safety and component integrity, never use a hammer on the aluminum knuckle; always use an appropriate ball joint separation tool such as the OTC 204-592.
