The Zone Offroad Posi-Lok system replaces the failure-prone OEM vacuum-actuated Central Axle Disconnect (CAD) system used to engage the front differential. Vacuum systems are notorious for leaking, failing due to age, or becoming disconnected during off-road use, often leaving you without 4WD when you need it most. This manual cable-operated conversion gives the driver direct, mechanical control over the front axle engagement from inside the cab.
Built for reliability in harsh environments, the Posi-Lok system eliminates the guesswork of vacuum-operated hubs and actuators. It allows for more precise control, including the ability to engage the transfer case in 4WD Low while keeping the front axle disengaged for 2WD Low-range maneuverability.
