Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex polyurethane body mounts are engineered to replace worn, distorted factory rubber bushings. Over time, original rubber mounts often crack, crush, and fail, leading to body-to-frame misalignment and poor ride quality. These polyurethane replacements are formulated to offer the best of both worlds: they are rugged enough for demanding terrain yet provide a smooth ride for street use.
Unlike solid aluminum mounts that can transmit excessive vibration and lead to component fatigue, these Hyper-Flex mounts restore factory ride height and ensure long-lasting cab-to-chassis alignment. Most sets feature zinc-plated steel rings molded directly into the polyurethane for maximum durability and strength.
