The MagnaFlow 49135 OEM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is engineered to replace your restrictive or failing factory unit with a bolt-on solution designed to keep the check engine light off. Developed using 3D scanning metrology, this converter ensures precise fitment and replicates OE flow dynamics to maintain factory engine operation and fuel economy. The spun body design features a single laser fusion weld to minimize leak potential while enhancing thermal efficiency.
Built for long-term durability, the unit is constructed from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends for smooth exhaust flow. The assembly features 308 stainless steel MIG welds and 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to resist corrosion and reduce vibration. This direct-fit component is designed to meet or exceed Federal EPA emissions requirements for OBDII registered vehicles.
