Engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for OE parts 20020-33P02 and 20020-40P08, this unit eliminates the need for cutting or welding. Each converter is developed using 3D scanning to ensure it replicates original equipment flow dynamics and fitment perfectly.
Built for durability, the assembly features 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing for smooth exhaust flow and maximum service life. The compact, low-mass spun body design utilizes a single laser fusion weld to drastically reduce potential leak points while improving thermal efficiency. Heavy-duty 410 stainless steel barbed hangers and 308 stainless steel MIG welds provide the structural integrity required to withstand high-heat cycles and road vibration.
