This passenger-side (right) converter is engineered to replace your worn factory unit using a direct-fit design that bolts into place without the need for cutting or welding. The unit features high-strength, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing for smooth exhaust flow and long-term corrosion resistance.
MagnaFlow utilizes 3D scanning metrology to ensure the geometry matches the original equipment precisely. The compact, low-mass spun body design, joined by a single laser fusion weld, provides excellent thermal efficiency and a leak-free seal. To simplify the installation, this kit includes essential gaskets and Torca Accuseal exhaust clamps to provide 360-degree distributed clamping force on your Ford F-150.
