The MagnaFlow California Grade Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 447103 is engineered to replace restrictive or failed factory units while maintaining strict CARB compliance. This direct-fit assembly is designed for a precise bolt-on installation, utilizing factory mounting points with no cutting or welding required. Developed using 3D scanning metrology, this converter replicates original equipment flow dynamics to ensure the check engine light stays off and engine efficiency remains optimal.
- Durable Construction: Built with high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing and 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to resist corrosion and reduce vibration.
- Advanced Welding: Features durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a precision-stamped collector for optimal exhaust flow and maximum service life.
- Thermal Efficiency: The compact, low-mass design promotes greater thermal efficiency while the single laser fusion weld eliminates the risk of leaks.
- Installation Ready: Includes one flange gasket and three flat ring gaskets to ensure a complete and reliable seal.
- Compliance & Interchange: CARB-compliant for use in California and restricted states. Interchanges with OE parts 17401-66009 and 17401-66090.
