Fits select 2009-2018 Audi A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, S4, S5, and SQ5 models. This MagnaFlow OEM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 49136 is engineered to replace worn factory units and clear check engine lights for OBDII vehicles registered outside of California. Built with a compact, low-mass spun body design, this unit provides high thermal efficiency and features a single laser fusion weld to eliminate potential exhaust leaks.
Constructed for longevity, the converter utilizes high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. The mandrel-bent tubing ensures unrestricted exhaust flow, maintaining factory performance and fuel economy. This direct-fit component is developed using 3D scanning to match OE geometry exactly, allowing for a bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required. It serves as a direct replacement for OE parts 8K0 254 250 KX and 8K0 254 253 AX.
