Engineered to replicate the original equipment design, this converter features mandrel-bent 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for smooth exhaust flow and maximum service life. Utilizing 3D scanning metrology during development, MagnaFlow ensures this unit bolts directly to factory mounting points without the need for cutting or welding.
Construction includes 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to reduce noise and vibration, along with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. The single laser fusion weld design minimizes potential leak points while the compact, low-mass structure optimizes thermal efficiency to help extinguish check engine lights and maintain factory emissions levels.
