The MBRP Armor Plus Series cat-back exhaust system is engineered to balance performance and long-term value for your TDI Jetta. Built from 3-inch mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel, this system maximizes exhaust flow by maintaining a constant diameter through every bend. This reduction in backpressure results in lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), improved throttle response, and a rich, mellow exhaust note without the harshness of a straight pipe.
Designed for straightforward installation, this kit utilizes a direct bolt-on design that installs with common hand tools. The Armor Plus series is finished with mirror-polished T304 stainless steel tips for a lasting, premium appearance. While T409 stainless steel provides excellent protection against penetrating rust, it is best suited for vehicles in regions that do not experience heavy winter salt or extreme coastal air.
