DEI Stainless Steel Positive Locking Ties are engineered to secure exhaust wrap and insulation in extreme-heat environments where standard plastic ties would fail. These ties are essential for maintaining the structural integrity of thermal barriers on headers, downpipes, and exhaust systems.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel, these fasteners are both UV and corrosion resistant, ensuring a long service life under severe under-hood or under-car conditions. The self-locking design functions similarly to a standard zip tie: simply slide the end into the locking mechanism and pull tight for a high-strength, permanent hold.
