Vibrant Performance Spring Loaded T-Bolt Clamps are engineered to maintain consistent clamping force across demanding thermal cycles. Ideal for high-boost charge pipes and cooling systems, the integrated spring allows the clamp to compensate for the expansion and contraction of silicone or rubber hoses caused by temperature and pressure fluctuations, preventing cold-side leaks and blown-off couplers.
These heavy-duty clamps feature a 3/4-inch wide 300-series stainless steel band and floating bridge for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The mechanical hardware, including the T-bolt, lock nut, and spring, is constructed from zinc-plated steel for high tensile strength and reliable thread engagement. This pack includes two clamps (MPN: 27835) designed for 3.5-inch ID couplings with an effective outer diameter range of 3.78 to 4.08 inches.
