The ACT T1R-G01 Twin Disc HD Race Kit provides twice the friction surface area of a standard single-disc setup, delivering superior heat capacity and extended wear life for high-performance racing applications. This kit utilizes a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System, which ensures quiet operation by eliminating floater rattle and preventing post wear. To maintain consistent performance under extreme conditions, all diaphragms undergo an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process.

The 6-pad rigid race discs are engineered with high-quality ceramic friction materials and paired with a heat-treated chrome-moly hub for maximum durability. For smooth installation and vibration-free operation, ACT includes a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel.
