The ACT T1S-S07 Mod-Twin 225 HD Rigid Street Kit is engineered for high-powered AWD applications that require a balance of streetable engagement and massive torque capacity. This modular twin-disc system provides 700 ft/lbs of torque capacity by utilizing dual organic friction surfaces, offering a smooth but positive engagement for high-performance builds. The unsprung Mono-Drive hub design uses a single continuous spline to uniformly transfer torque to the heat-treated chrome-moly hub, reducing wear on the input shaft while allowing for rapid, reliable shifting.

The heavy-duty pressure plate features a diaphragm spring that has undergone an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process for consistent pedal feel and long-term durability. The steel-backed friction plates provide stable friction coefficients and high heat capacity, ensuring the system can handle the thermal loads of aggressive street or track use.
