The ACT SB10-HDSS kit is a comprehensive upgrade for high-performance street use, pairing the Heavy Duty pressure plate with a Performance Street sprung disc. The pressure plate features a 4-stage heat-treated diaphragm and precision cover stampings to increase clamp load while reducing deflection for consistent engagement. The included Monoloc is a one-piece, hardened chrome-moly replacement for the standard two-piece wedge collar, specifically designed to solve alignment and retention issues in pull-type clutch systems.
