Designed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the Old Man Emu (OME) 3030 rear medium load coil spring is engineered to manage the additional weight of 4x4 equipment without sacrificing ride quality. While standard suspension often struggles under the load of fuel, water, and gear, these springs focus on superior ride control and handling. To achieve optimal performance, these coils are intended to be paired with OME shock absorbers as part of a fully integrated suspension system.
Each spring is manufactured from micro-alloyed spring steel to ensure long-term durability and resistance to sagging. The coils are formed on computer-precision mandrels for exact consistency and are double-scragged to reduce internal stress, significantly extending the component's service life.
