The QA1 9HT450B High Travel Spring is engineered for performance applications where suspension travel and weight reduction are critical. Manufactured in the USA from high-tensile chrome silicon alloy spring wire, these 2.5-inch I.D. springs feature a specialized design with a smaller wire diameter and fewer coils than standard springs. This construction significantly reduces unsprung weight and allows the suspension to react faster to surface changes.
By increasing the distance between the coils, these springs provide greater travel and minimize the risk of coil bind. Each spring is finished with a durable black powder coating for long-term corrosion resistance. QA1 provides a lifetime guarantee that these springs will remain within 2% of their original free height and rate under normal operating conditions.
