The HKS HIPERMAX S coilover system provides a precision-engineered suspension upgrade for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI GDB (Applied Models E-G). Developed as the evolution of driving comfort, this kit replaces the factory struts with a fully adjustable monotube design that balances track-ready handling with the damping refinement required for daily street use.
- Dual PVS (Pre-load Valve System): Optimizes damping force at low piston speeds for improved tire contact and stability.
- WR (Wide Range) Needle: Features 30 levels of adjustment with a revised internal needle shape for a more distinct change in feel between settings.
- Advanced PCO (Pre-load Combination Oil): Specialized fluid reduces friction and maintains consistent performance across wide temperature ranges.
- Strengthened Inverted Strut: Designed to handle high lateral loads on the GDB chassis while maintaining smooth suspension travel.
