The ICON Stage 4 suspension system provides a comprehensive performance upgrade for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma, engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for superior control both on-road and in high-speed off-road environments. This system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks, both equipped with remote reservoirs. These reservoirs significantly increase oil volume and surface area, providing the heat dissipation required to prevent cavitation and shock fade during aggressive use. The front coilovers are height-adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches, allowing for increased ground clearance and room for larger wheel and tire packages.

To maintain drivetrain reliability at increased lift heights, this kit includes a front differential drop bracket with polyurethane mounting bushings, which optimizes CV axle angles and limits differential movement under load. The included tubular upper control arms (UCAs) are essential for correcting front-end geometry and adding the necessary caster for proper alignment. These UCAs feature the patented ICON Delta Joint PRO, which provides 90 degrees of articulation to eliminate binding throughout the entire range of suspension travel.
