The ICON 3.0 VS RR Coilover Kit provides a comprehensive suspension upgrade for the Ford Raptor, replacing the factory active system with advanced Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology. This electronically controlled valve monitors and regulates oil flow to create precise damping forces in less than 40ms. Controlled by the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) module and a proprietary mobile app, the system utilizes an onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope to predict terrain changes and adjust shock settings independently of the factory ECU drive modes.

Engineered for high-speed desert running and technical trails, these coilovers feature 10-inch finned aluminum remote reservoirs to maximize oil volume and surface area for superior cooling. The internal multi-stage hydraulic “Bump Zone” provides an exponential increase in bottom-out resistance during the final 40% of compression travel. Each unit is finished with a Cerakoted shock body and hard-anodized components for maximum corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
