Tein Flex Z coilovers provide a complete, bolt-on suspension solution for the NC-generation Mazda MX-5, balancing street comfort with precise handling. Unlike basic lowering springs, the Flex Z system features a full-length ride height adjustment, allowing you to set the vehicle's stance without sacrificing damper stroke or spring preload. The twin-tube internal structure is specifically chosen for street use to provide a smoother stroke over uneven pavement.
- 16-level linear damping force adjustment (rebound and compression combined) for fine-tuning ride quality
- Twin-tube design for better compliance and comfort on public roads
- Full-length height adjustment system preserves full suspension travel at any ride height
- Includes reinforced rubber or pillowball upper mounts for simplified installation to factory mounting points
- ZT coated adjustment threads and powder-coated shock bodies provide superior corrosion resistance against the elements
- Compatible with Tein EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) for in-cabin damping adjustments
