These coilovers utilize a twin-tube internal design, which allows for a longer stroke and softer initial damping to absorb road imperfections more effectively than a monotube equivalent.
The Street Basis Z features a sealed structure for durability and cost-effectiveness, using Tein's proprietary ZT coating on the threaded shock bodies to ensure ride height adjustments remain smooth even after exposure to the elements.
