The aFe Takeda Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to optimize airflow and increase performance for your Civic. This system features a computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube crafted from heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) to ensure maximum power gains and a precise fit. The one-piece housing is also molded from durable XLPE, creating a heat-blocking seal against the hood while utilizing an open-element design for easy filter inspection. By drawing air through a larger, upgraded inlet that interfaces with the factory scoop, this intake significantly reduces restriction compared to the stock assembly.

At the heart of this system is the Pro 5R performance air filter. This 360-degree radial flow filter utilizes five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media to provide maximum airflow and filtration. Its inverted top design increases total surface area, allowing for longer service intervals even under demanding conditions.
