Fits select 2020-2026 BMW M240i, M340i, and M440i (G2x chassis) models with or without factory bracing. This Dinan performance intake system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-volume solution designed to maximize airflow while maintaining consistent intake temperatures.
Engineering for the D760-0058 focused on maximizing the available real estate in the engine bay. Dinan reworked the entire lower air box to increase volume by 60% and house a custom, free-flowing filter with a 40% larger surface area. To ensure the system remains properly fed without drawing in heat-soaked engine bay air, the design incorporates a secondary inlet with patterned openings strategically placed to balance air volume and maintain low turbo inlet temperatures during spirited driving or multiple gear pulls.
