The Borla ATAK (Aggressive Tune of Applied Kinetics) Mid-Section Exhaust is engineered for F-150 owners demanding the highest sound volume with a clean, crisp exhaust note. This assembly replaces the mid-section and muffler with 3-inch mandrel-bent T-304 stainless steel tubing, providing superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to 400-series steel. It features Borla's patented Polyphonic Harmonizer technology, which utilizes specific pipe lengths and diameters to harmonize exhaust notes and eliminate interior drone.
This mid-section is designed to bolt directly to the Original Equipment (O.E.) tail pipes or Borla accessory tail pipes (60640, 60640BC, or 60640CFBA). Note: This system is specifically for models with bumper cutouts (notches) and is NOT compatible with 3.5L PowerBoost hybrid engines.
