The Dinan D660-0092 High Flow Middle Exhaust replaces the restrictive, hydro-formed factory center section and resonator with a high-performance 3.25-inch (83mm) T304 stainless steel system. By increasing the tubing diameter from the stock 80mm, this mid-section kit significantly improves exhaust flow and enhances the acoustic profile of the S63 engine.

At the heart of the system is a precision-crafted X-pipe. Unlike common stamped versions, Dinan utilizes mandrel-bent tubing to maintain a consistent internal diameter throughout every bend, minimizing turbulence and promoting even exhaust scavenging between cylinder banks. This design eliminates unwanted factory sound nuances caused by uneven flow, resulting in a louder, smoother, and fuller exhaust note without sacrificing fitment or durability.
