These Eagle Specialty Products H-Beam connecting rods are engineered to provide the structural integrity required for high-performance and competition Mazdaspeed builds. Forged from high-tensile 4340 steel, these rods undergo a two-piece forging process and are fully machined to exacting tolerances. To enhance fatigue life and surface density, every rod is shot-peened, making them a reliable choice for forced induction and high-RPM applications.
This set comes equipped with ARP 2000 rod bolts, offering superior clamping force and power-handling capability compared to standard hardware. To ensure a balanced rotating assembly, these rods are packaged in weight-matched sets, significantly reducing engine vibration and bearing wear.
