These rods are manufactured from certified 4340 steel using a two-piece forging process that ensures consistent grain flow. Every rod is fully machined and shot-peened to increase fatigue life and eliminate surface stress risers. Sizing is maintained to exact tolerances to ensure a precise fit. Each weight-matched set includes high-strength ARP 2000 bolts for increased tensile strength and reliable power-handling capability.
