Each rod is manufactured from a two-piece 4340 forged steel process, ensuring superior grain flow and structural integrity. The surfaces are fully machined and shot-peened to eliminate stress risers and enhance fatigue resistance under high-load conditions.
This set is equipped with high-strength ARP 2000 bolts to increase clamping force and support higher power levels. For consistent performance and simplified balancing, these rods are delivered as a weight-matched set held to exacting tolerances.
