Fits select 1992-2010 Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, including VR6-equipped models such as the Corrado SLC, Golf GTI VR6, R32, A3 Quattro, and TT Quattro.
Engineered for high-performance and competition use, these Eagle H-Beam connecting rods provide the structural integrity required for increased power levels. Each rod is manufactured from a two-piece forged 4340 steel process to ensure superior grain flow and durability. The surfaces are fully machined and shot-peened to eliminate stress risers and improve fatigue life, while sizing is held to exacting tolerances for a precise fit on the crankshaft journals.
This set of six comes as a weight-matched assembly, reducing engine vibration and ensuring consistent balance across all cylinders. To handle the increased tensile loads of high-RPM or forced induction applications, these rods are equipped with premium ARP 2000 bolts.
