Fits 2004-2020 Ford F-150 and Raptor models equipped with aftermarket upper control arms utilizing 1-inch uniballs.
The ICON Delta Joint Retrofit Kit (MPN 614564) allows you to upgrade your existing aftermarket upper control arms to ICON’s patented Delta Joint technology. This kit is designed to replace standard 1-inch uniballs, which often suffer from accelerated wear and noise in daily-driven or harsh environments. The Delta Joint combines the high angularity and strength of a traditional uniball with the longevity and weather sealing of a heavy-duty ball joint.
- Patented Delta Joint design (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) for maximum articulation and durability.
- Carburized taper pin reduces internal friction and prevents thread galling during assembly.
- Sealed, zinc-plated housing protects internals from road salt, moisture, and debris.
- Greasable metal-on-metal internals ensure long service life and quiet operation.
- Superior pullout strength compared to industry-standard uniballs.
- Includes two Delta Joints, retaining rings, and high-quality anti-seize.
