ICON Vehicle Dynamics tubular upper control arms (UCAs) are engineered to improve suspension performance and alignment geometry on the 2019-2022 Ford Ranger. This kit features the patented Delta Joint (U.S. Patent No. 10,731,700), a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that bridges the gap between the articulation of a uniball and the weather resistance of a traditional ball joint. The Delta Joint uses a zinc-plated housing and a robust grease seal to protect internal components from road salt, dirt, and moisture, solving the premature wear issues common with exposed uniballs in daily-driven applications.

Built for durability, these arms are constructed from CNC-bent 1026 DOM steel tubing and feature CNC-machined bushing housings and sleeves. The design includes built-in caster correction to help maintain proper alignment on lifted vehicles. Every kit is finished in a black semi-gloss powder coat for superior corrosion resistance and includes dual-stage bushings for quiet, serviceable operation.
