Constructed from TIG-welded aluminum for maximum durability, this tank features internal baffles to prevent coolant sloshing during high-speed cornering and braking. These baffles ensure coolant remains near the overflow ports, preventing air from entering the cooling system during aggressive driving. For ease of maintenance, a built-in sight tube allows you to check hot and cold levels at a glance without opening the system.

The tank reuses the factory expansion tank cap and includes an overflow nipple on the fill neck for adding an additional coolant tank, ensuring Focus RS models remain NHRA legal at the track.
