The ATI Super Damper is engineered to eliminate destructive torsional crankshaft vibrations across the entire RPM range. This lightweight aluminum model reduces parasitic drag and rotating mass compared to steel versions, improving throttle response and engine acceleration. The patented 3-ring internal design uses high-quality elastomer rings to absorb harmonic resonance that can otherwise lead to oil pump failure and crankshaft damage.
This specific unit features a 6-groove serpentine belt pulley and is designed for performance applications that have deleted the air conditioning system or utilize a non-A/C accessory drive layout.
